A session takes about 60 minutes.
Cancellation fees will be charged for treatments.
Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled for up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.
If you wish to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, please contact us directly.
If we determine that it is difficult to establish a relationship of trust between the practitioner and the patient, or that the patient’s physical and/or mental condition does not allow us to proceed with treatment, we reserve the right to decline the session.
In such cases, the full session fee will be charged as a reservation and consultation fee.

Osteopathy is not reimbursed by Japanese National Health Insurance.
Certain complementary insurance plans reimburse osteopathy.

For those who have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy. Also for those who are eligible to receive reimbursement for treatment. We will provide you with a form to receive the reimbursement.
For those who do not have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy. This is a reduced rate for those who do not receive reimbursement for treatment.
