    A session takes about 60-75 minutes.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation fees will be charged for treatments from July 1st 2025 onwards.

    48-24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the treatment fee

    24 hours or less before the appointment: 100% of the treatment fee

    Cancellation and Rescheduling

    Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled for up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

    • Cancellation: Please cancel via the link in the confirmation email you received when booking.
    • Rescheduling: Please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation via our website.

    If you wish to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, please contact us directly.

    • Osteopathy is not reimbursed by Japanese National Health Insurance.
      Certain complementary insurance plans reimburse osteopathy.
      Please verify your complementary insurance plan for details regarding reimbursements.

      For those who have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy.
      Also for those who are eligible to receive reimbursement for treatment.
      We will provide you with a form to receive the reimbursement.

    • 12,000yens/consultation

      For those who do not have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy.
      This is a reduced rate for those who do not receive reimbursement for treatment.

    Price Revision

    Although we have been working hard to maintain our prices stable, we have decided to revise our treatment fees considering the rising operating and maintenance costs for treatment clinics, as well as the start of taxation on treatment fees.

    There will be a discounted rate period before the new prices are implemented, after which the new prices will apply to all treatments taking place from November 1st onwards.

    • 23,000yens/consultation (approx 60 min)

      For those who have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy. Also for those who are eligible to receive reimbursement for treatment. We will provide you with a form to receive the reimbursement.

    • 18,000 yens/consultation (approx 60 min)

      For those who do not have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy. This is a reduced rate for those who do not receive reimbursement for treatment.
