Osteopathy is not reimbursed by Japanese National Health Insurance.
Certain complementary insurance plans reimburse osteopathy.
Please verify your complementary insurance plan for details regarding reimbursements.

23,000yens/consultation

For those who have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy. Also for those who are eligible to receive reimbursement for treatment. We will provide you with a form to receive the reimbursement.
18,000 yens/consultation

For those who do not have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy. This is a reduced rate for those who do not receive reimbursement for treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will be charged for treatments.

48-24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the session fee.
24 hours or less before the appointment: 100% of the session fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled for up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Cancellation: Please cancel via the link in the confirmation email you received when booking.
Rescheduling: Please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation via our website.

If you wish to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, please contact us directly.

Session Policy

If we determine that it is difficult to establish a relationship of trust between the practitioner and the patient, or that the patient’s physical and/or mental condition does not allow us to proceed with treatment, we reserve the right to decline the session.
In such cases, the full session fee will be charged as a reservation and consultation fee.

Please note that appointments may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to the practitioner’s health or other unforeseen circumstances.
