  • Osteopathy is not reimbursed by Japanese National Health Insurance.
    Certain complementary insurance plans reimburse osteopathy.
    Please verify your complementary insurance plan for details regarding reimbursements.

  • 23,000yens/consultation

    For those who have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy. Also for those who are eligible to receive reimbursement for treatment. We will provide you with a form to receive the reimbursement.

  • 18,000 yens/consultation

    For those who do not have insurance or benefits that cover osteopathy. This is a reduced rate for those who do not receive reimbursement for treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will be charged for treatments.

  • 48-24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the session fee.
  • 24 hours or less before the appointment: 100% of the session fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled for up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

  • Cancellation: Please cancel via the link in the confirmation email you received when booking.
  • Rescheduling: Please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation via our website.

If you wish to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, please contact us directly.

Session Policy

  • If we determine that it is difficult to establish a relationship of trust between the practitioner and the patient, or that the patient’s physical and/or mental condition does not allow us to proceed with treatment, we reserve the right to decline the session.
    In such cases, the full session fee will be charged as a reservation and consultation fee.
  • Please note that appointments may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to the practitioner’s health or other unforeseen circumstances.
